Recreation Division Special EventsThis section highlights annual or one-time special events coordinated by the Recreation Division. The links listed provide more detailed information on each of the following:
- Fall Fest - An annual family event held each October, featuring inflatable games, fun family contests, pumpkin carving, caramel apple making, annual chili cook off, refreshments and more.
- Farmer's Market - Held every Wednesday afternoon, rain or shine, at the Mallway in Old Arlington from mid-July through the end of October each year. The Farmer's Market features the finest Ohio-grown produce, sold directly from the farmer to you.
- Celebrate the Season - Check here for information on the Community Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony, the Upper Arlington Winter Festival and Brunch with Santa.
- Movie in the Park - Bring a lawn chair, blanket and snacks, and to enjoy Friday-night movie watching in the great outdoors.
- Spring Fling - The annual Spring Fling event is great family fun, offering activities for the young and the young at heart including touch a truck, and the Turtle Lady.
- Summer Celebration - An annual family event held each July, featuring musical entertainment, all sorts of games and rides for youth, face painting, clowns and much more. Hosted by the City's Recreation Division.

- Upper Arlington Labor Day Arts Festival - Recognized as one of the country's premier one-day arts festivals, the Upper Arlington Labor Day Arts Festival is in its fourth decade. Held on the Monday of each Labor Day weekend, more than 190 artists exhibit and sell their work in a variety of media. In addition, patrons can enjoy musical entertainment, delicious refreshments, a hands-on arts activities area, silent auction and more. Presented by the Cultural Arts Division.
- Music in the Parks - a free summer concert series that takes place in various Upper Arlington parks on Thursday evenings. Hosted by the City's Cultural Arts Division.
