Historic Preservation Legislation - Upper Arlington City Council has formed the Historic Preservation Task Force to consider and make recommendations to City Council regarding appropriate historic preservation legislation for the historic district. Kingsdale Preliminary Development Plan - A preliminary development plan for the Kingsdale Shopping Center has been filed with the City. Volunteer UA – A partnership of five Upper Arlington community organizations is working to promote and cultivate the many volunteer needs and opportunities that support and enrich our day-to-day lives.
