Proposed Legislation – To Authorize the City Manager to Enter Into Lease Agreements and All Other Necessary Documents with Tenants for the Rental of City Owned Property Located at 1760 Zollinger Road 3. Proposed Legislation – Authorizing the Issuance of $3,972,000 of Bonds for the Purpose of Paying Costs of Capital Projects and Public Infrastructure with Related Equipment and All Necessary Appurtenances Thereto, Including But Not Limited To (I) Construction, Resurfacing and Improvement of City Streets, Including Wheelchair Ramps, Curbing, Sidewalks and Utility Installations; and (II) Construction and Installation of Water and Sewer Lines; (III) Construction and Improvement of Pools; and (IV) Acquisition and Construction of Various Other Capital Improvement Projects Throughout the City and Retiring Notes Previously Issued for Such Purpose; Authorizing a Bond Purchase Agreement Appropriate for the Sale of the Bonds, Authorizing an Official Statement in Connection with the Sale of the Bonds and Declaring an Emergency 4. Proposed Legislation – Authorizing the Issuance of $6,000,000 of Bonds for the Purpose of Renovating, Improving, Furnishing, and Equipping the Reed Road Fire Station, Including the Police Facilities Therein, with Related Site Improvements, Facilities, and Appurtenances Thereto; Authorizing a Bond Purchase Agreement Appropriate for the Sale of the Bonds; Authorizing an Official Statement in Connection with the Sale of the Bonds; and Declaring an Emergency 5.
