Parks & Recreation Department Launches New "Activity Guide"
 As spring starts to become ever more real in our minds, the City's Parks & Recreation Department is readying to launch a new program catalog. The Spring/Summer edition of the Activity Guide combines three catalogs into one convenient source for the department's many camps, programs, classes, special events and outdoor activities slated for all ages over the course of the fair weather months.
The Activity Guide replaces the following catalogs:
- Get Rec Get Set Go! - featuring annual summer camps and programs offered by the Recreation Division, as well as details of the outdoor pool season and swim classes, and the Northam Park Tennis Courts;
- LifeLong Learning & Leisure - Central Ohio's premier program for adults, offering fun and educational classes in the arts, computers, home and garden, health and fitness, and more;
- Center Stage - filled with social activities, health and wellness programs, special events and and more for older adults, as provided through our Senior Center Division.
The Activity Guide was recently mailed directly to recent Parks & Recreation customers. It will also be distributed in local newspapers the week of March 29, and available at all City buildings, area libraries, coffee shops and other convenient locations.
Early bird online registration begins Monday, March 29 with open registration beginning Wednesday, March 31.
The move to a combined catalog also complements how the department has reorganized and simplified your access to information on the City's new website. We encourage you to be on the look out for this new guide. Planning for everyone in your family will now be easier than ever, and we hope you enjoy our new catalog.
