City Budget
Biennially, the Finance & Administrative Services Department prepares the Municipal Services Program of Services Budget that details the City's budget by fund, department, operating and capital.

CAFR Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports
A complete set of the City's financial statements presented in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and audited in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. The Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) has awarded the Certificate of Achievement of Excellence in Financial Report to the City for its CAFR for the past 28 years.

Reader-friendly version of the CAFR. Details of how the City's revenue is generated, where dollars are spent, and how the local economy impacts Upper Arlington's overall financial status. The GFOA has awarded the City Outstanding Achievement in Popular Annual Financial Reporting for the past 10 years.

Capital Improvement Program
An on-going 10-year plan developed by the Engineering Division that prioritizes important infrastructure improvements and facility upgrades to address UA's aging underground infrastructure needs, such as waterlines and sewers, surface roads (including curbs and gutters), bridges, sidewalks and parks.

Charter City Charter
The City's Charter forms the foundation upon which the City is governed. The
Upper Arlington Charter was enacted in 1919. Several amendments have been made to this document over the years, including a comprehensive review and revision by the 1997-1998 Charter Review Commission with electoral approval November 1998 and subsequent adoption.
