Board of Tax Appeals
The Board of Tax Appeals is comprised of five members who meet on-call to review the City's taxation policies and to hear appeals regarding tax claim issues. City Council appoints members to the Board of Tax Appeals.NOTE: Pursuant to C.O. Section 156.02(A) of the City's Administrative Code, the Board's records of proceedings and hearings are not public records available for inspection under Section 149.43 of the Ohio Revised Code. Hearings requested by a taxpayer before the Board are not meetings of a public body subject to provisions of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
